At Amanpuri, the focus is firmly on the beach and the beach is only so big. Overall it is hard to deny that Amanpuri is the best resort in Phuket. This is manifestly clear. However the leap in price between Amanpuri and its very close peers means that the resort will continue to work to prove itself….a fact for which I am deeply thankful.
